An e-mail sent to the list by a list-member will automatically go to all members of the list, including the sender. An e-mail sent to the list by a non-list-member goes nowhere.

You can know that an e-mail that came to you through this list only after opening it and seeing list@upnorthgreenparty.org in the "to" line.

It may take as long as 24 hours for you to be added or removed from this list; the websteward will do it manually on receipt of your removal request.
